Daft Punk are going to perform at next year's Grammy awards.

The 'One More Time' hitmakers are set to play material from their fourth studio album 'Random Access Memories' for the first time during the ceremony on January 26 at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles.

The duo - which includes Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Tomas Bangalter - have been nominated for four awards in the ceremony.

These include Album of the Year and Best Dance/Electronica Album for 'Random Access Memories' and Record of the Year and Best Pop Group performance for 'Get Lucky', which features Pharrell Williams and was co-written with Nile Rodgers.

Grammys Executive Producer Ken Ehrlich claims the set - which will be their first televised performance since 2008 when they took to the stage alongside Kanye West - will be one for fans to look forward to since it's a "celebratory" performance and highlights why they've been nominated.

He told Rolling Stone magazine: "Details of the performance are still being worked out, but the idea of having the exclusive television performance by this iconic band is something we're very, very excited about.

[It will be] a collaborative and celebratory stage performance that honours their multi-nominated music."
