The rapper arrived on-stage at 1am in Camden's KOKO, north London and was joined by an array of talent including British grime acts Skepta, Novelist, JME and Meridian Dan as well as Cyhi the Prince and Vic Mensa.

He announced the performance on Twitter earlier in the evening, causing fans to rush and snap up tickets for the intimate gig.

Kicking off the show, Skepta and JME performed 'That's Not Me' before the rapper arrived on stage with Big Sean to perform 'Mercy'.

Throughout the set, each individual was given the chance to showcase their own talents with Meridian Dan tune 'German Whip' and Big Sean's new single 'Blessings' making the cut.

Kanye's first solo track of the evening came in the form of previous single 'Cold', which he began by getting the crowd to chant words to Foreigner's track 'Cold As Ice' - one he samples in the hit.

Meanwhile, Vic Mensa debuted new music in the form of 'U Mad', whilst Kanye opted to sing popular tracks from his back catalogue including 'All Of The Lights' and 'Jesus Walks'.

One notable absent song was Kanye's recent single 'Only One' where he sings about 18-month-old daughter North, but he did rap his Sia collaboration 'Wolves', which recently premiered at New York Fashion Week.

Ending the surprise performance, all of the musical guests took to the stage once more for a rendition of Kanye's new song 'All Day', which they all returned and performed for a second time as an encore.
