Miranda Cosgrove, singer, actress and star of hit Nickelodeon show iCarly, will release her new EP, entitled High Maintenance, on March 15, 2011, on Columbia Records.
The infectious hit lead single “Dancing Crazy,” written by Max Martin and Avril Lavigne, has already debuted on the Top 40 chart after only three weeks at radio. Miranda Cosgrove is proving to be a renaissance woman at the tender age of seventeen.
Miranda and her band are currently on the road lighting up dark winter nights in cities from coast to coast with her Dancing Crazy Tour. Greyson Chance, YouTube sensation and the first artist signed to Ellen DeGeneres' record label, eleveneleven, is opening on all dates.
In other news, Miranda has been nominated for “Favorite TV Actress,” in the Nickelodeon's 2011 Kids' Choice Awards. iCarly has been nominated for “Favorite TV Show” and Despicable Me has been nominated for “Favorite Animated Movie.”
