Nas has now responded to the divorce documents and is asking a judge to reject Kelis' bids for spousal and legal costs, the singer is due to give birth to the pair's baby at the end of the summer and both stars are seeking joint legal and physical custody of the unborn child.
Nas also has a teenage daughter from a previous relationship.
