Throwing back to the garage scene, Craig David and a whole host of special guests brought the bassline to Oxford Street earlier this week at The 100 Club. Female First were there to take in the night...
Beats, Beats, Beats was the theme at The 100 Club on Wednesday night (February 24) for Craig David's exclusive THE REDO party, hosted by Beats By Dre. The iconic musician is back and filled us with nostalgia from his 90s hits, before dropping brand new single 'When The Bassling Drops', featuring Big Narstie; possibly the smiliest MC and rapper in the game.
Craig's set included classics 'Fill Me In', 'Rewind' and 'Walking Away', and when all was said and done he had proved he's still got what it takes to get 'all over your *doink*'.
DJ Luck and MC Neat with MC PSG warmed up garage fans in the crowd, whilst Kano almost stole the show with 'Garage Skank' and breakthrough track 'Ps & Qs'. The whole room went off, with energy in the venue basement indescribable. Those lucky enough to have been invited or to have won tickets through Dice.FM will certainly be talking about this night for years to come.
Just when you thought the night stolen by the BRITs couldn't have been more musical, Beats absolutely killed it with this event.
