Orgasms

Orgasms

Pelvic floors!

Tone your pelvic floor muscles. When you are on the loo, stop yourself peeing mid-flow. The muscles you use to stop the flow are your pelvic muscles. Once you know which these are exercise them whenever where ever you can. If you are sat at your desk clench them, while watching TV in fact whenever you can. Strong and toned PC (pubococcygeal) muscles mean your orgasms will be stronger, so its worth spending a couple of weeks 'working out' and lets face it the results will be more satisfying than loosing a few pounds at the gym!

No worrying!

Stop worrying about how long you take to reach an orgasm, too many women feel that they are taking too long to orgasm or that their blokes will get bored of the repetitive motions that are sometimes required for a woman to come. The more you worry, the more you get wound up and the longer it will take so relax and go for it and you will find he will be playing catch-up. Enjoy all the feelings and emotions of sex and  so what if you don't orgasm every time sex can be just as good for both of you without orgasms

Relax

Obvious -  yes, but not always so, but you're unlikely to have a great orgasm if you're tense or stressed. So set the mood, light candles, have a bath, wind down and when you get between the sheets your chances of reaching orgasm will instantly increased. But remember don't fall into the alcohol for relaxation trap, alcohol can numb the nerve endings in your vagina and make orgasm more difficult

A helping hand

Give yourself head-start - masturbate before you have sex. Work your pubic mound, nipples or inner thigh particularly which are sensitive... explore your own body and work out what works for you. Stroke, caress, rub and tickle yourself for a few minutes before your partner does and prepare for that mind blowing Big O!

Sex during your period

If you feel that this might be too messy wait until your menstrual flow is at its lowest towards the end of your period this will minimise the stress your bloke may suffer if he is a bit on the squeamish side. But for you, and lest be greedy, all the abdominal muscles and nerve endings are at their most sensitive during your period, which can make for some pretty intense orgasms. And an added bonus, sex is a certain  and perfect form of painkiller if you're prone to menstrual cramps

Lubricant

Sex can sometimes be uncomfortable or less enjoyable if you're dry. Dryness can be easily relieved by using on of the many lubrication products on the market. Lube also has the added bonus of aiding a great orgasm as a drop or two applied to the vaginal entrance can make sex more sensual and tingly for both of you, and with a bit more orgasmic

Position

If your guy is on the well-endowed side try lying face down on a firm surface and have him enter you from behind. If you raise your hips a fraction and slip either your hand in underneath your body, you can stimulate your clitoris at the same time. This variation on doggy-style combines pressure from the front and the back and it feels pretty damn good!

Vibrations

Use a vibrator - either on your own or with your partner - to achieve orgasm. Practice makes perfect, and using your spare time to find out exactly which buttons you like pressing is time well spent. If you want to involve your fella, nothing will turn him on more than watching you please yourself with your favourite toy!

Word Of Mouth

Men don't need any encouragement to head downstairs, but if he does you need to encourage him to gently lick, suck or nibble on your clitoris. Then ask him to insert one or two fingers into your vagina so that he can stroke the very sensitive inner wall - the g-spot is often in this area. Some women also find that having their perineum licked or a short-nailed finger inserted into their anus also results in great orgasms

Movies

Check out a movie that you will find erotic for women from you nearest adult shop, and watch it with your partner. Don't worry the shock of seeing other people getting it on will soon fade, and then you can get you guy to try out some of the scenes on screen. Orgasm-ville... here we come!
