Gary Sinise celebrates the big 6-0 today, so we take a look back over this love life since his rise to fame.

It would seem that Sinise is a one woman man- he married actress Moira Harris in 1981 after they initially met in their college years and had three children together- Sophie, McCanna Anthony and Ella.
They have worked together on numerous projects including Crime Story where they played each other's spouses, Moira had a minor part in Miles from Home- the first feature that Gary directed, however her scene was cut out- and she appeared as the 'girl in the red dress' in Of Mice and Men in 1992. She is also a member of the Steppenwolf Theatre Company which Gary was instrumental in establishing.
His personal life has not gone without its bumps in the road, however, as Sinise admitted in an interview with The Guardian; "We've weathered many, many storms. Many times it was questionable where we were going."
He admits, however, that his role in CSI: New York was a blessing as it gave him more time with this wife and children. (www.success.com)
Despite their ups and downs- he has some advice for those who are just starting out as to what you need for a long marriage; ' A sense of humour. My wife's a loving, funny, Irish-spirited person, and I'm still surprised at some of the things she says. She makes me laugh every day. ' (Parade)
