Essential oils have an amazing ability to lift our spirits and boost our mood. They will not only help to melt away stress and tension but they can also be used to enhance feelings of romance, love and intimacy... If you're planning a romantic evening, we'd particularly recommend the following essential oils, which are renowned for their aphrodisiac effects:- Rose, Neroli, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang and Jasmine.

Try these Euphoric aphrodisiac blends:

Mix 20ml of Sweet Almond Oil and 10ml Jojoba Oil for sheer luxury;

...Add the following essential oils:

Blend 1: 5 drops Ylang Ylang, 3 drops Lime, 2 drops Rose and 2 drops Jasmine

This has an anti-depressant quality, and is uplifting, and rejuvenating. This luxurious blend is perfect to reinject passion into long-term relationships.

Blend 2: 4 drops Sandalwood, 4 drops Ylang Ylang, 3 drops Cedarwood and 2 drops Rose

This blend is great for anyone needing a confidence boost in the bedroom. It has calming qualities, and will balance and ground a new relationship.

Blend 3: 6 drops Bergamot, 4 drops Clary Sage and 2 drops Jasmine

This is a lovely blend for couples that have busy lives and are parents, not often having time for intimacy or romance. Its uplifting, euphoric and antidepressant properties will help to soothe away stress and tension and harmonise the emotions.
