Today is National Joe Day, so to celebrate we are taking a look behind the scenes of some famous Jos, Joes, Josephs, Jodies and Joelys and their past and present love lives.
Joe Manganiello
Joseph Fiennes: Fiennes married Swiss model Maria Dolores Dieguez in a Roman Catholic ceremony in Tuscany in August 2009. They now have two daughters; Eva Lucia, born on March 8th 2010 and Isabel born on 29th December 2011. The pair were together from the summer of 2005 and given that Dieguez was based in Bern, they had to maintain a long distance relationship between there and London for three years before living together.
Jodie Whittaker: Whittaker has been married to American actor Christian Conteras since 2008. In January 2015, it was reported that she is pregnant with her first child, due on 22nd April 2015.
Joely Richardson: Richardson had a widely publicised affair with Archi Stirling. She dated TV presenter Jamie Theakston until 2001 and has also been lined to her co-star in Nip/Tuck John Hensley.
She is now divorced from film producer Tim Bevan, who she married on 10th January 2001; they have a daughter together Daisy, who is also an actress.
Joe Manganiello: In July 2014, it was reported that Mangangiello had began dating Modern Family star Sofia Vergara and they got engaged on Christmas Day 2014, after only 6 months of dating.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt: Gordon-Levitt married co-founder and CEO of a California Robotics company, Tasha McCauley on 20th December 2014 at home in a private ceremony. Very little was publicised about their relationship as he explained to Latin Post; "I have a girlfriend but I tend not to really like to talk about it in public. The girl that I'm with, she really doesn't want to be a part of that."
