Prince Harry's girlfriend uses public transport to "keep it real".
Cressida Bonas uses London's tubes to travel around the capital since she wants to be able to have a "normal life" even though she's dating the flame-haired royal.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper: "Her own words are that she is 'keeping it real'.
"She still takes the Tube whenever she has to travel, despite Harry having a fleet of cars at his disposal.
"Last weekend she was out and about on the District and Circle lines.
"She feels lucky that her face isn't so well known, so she hasn't had to abandon her normal life."
Harry and Cressida have close since being introduced in May 2012 by Harry's cousin, Princess Eugenie, and the 29-year-old royal is attracted to her since she's "no pushover".
The insider explained: "That's the main reason Harry likes her so much - she's no pushover.
"She has a number to call if things ever get scary but she has no official public protection unless she's with Harry."
