Seymour promises to return to the dancefloor

British actress Jane Seymour has promised to return to the celebrity dance floor to honour her late mother.The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star was forced to pull out of Tuesday night's (02Oct07) live Dancing With The Stars results show in Los Angeles after learning her 92-year-old mum had died back home in England.Seymour immediately flew back to mourn with her family, leaving contest producers wondering if she'd return to the show in time for next week's (begs08Oct07) third round.The actress has proven to be a popular contestant on the show - and was not voted off Dancing With The Stars on Tuesday.And now fans can rest assured the Brit will be lacing up her dancing shoes again.Show host Tom Beregron says, "We are happy to say that Jane has decided to remain in the competition as a tribute to her mother's memory."Seymour originally signed on to become the show's oldest female contestant as a tribute to her then-ailing mum, who suffered a stroke last year (06).Fellow celebrity dancer Marie Osmond is thrilled to hear her pal will return to the show. Osmond was with Seymour when she first learned about her mother's death.

The singer says, "We all love her and we wish her well.

"I lost my mom a few years ago. I was with her for four years before she passed away. Jane knew her mother was very sick as well but I don't care how much you prepare for that, you are never ready for that."
