CSI: Miami Star David Caruso has been slapped with a lawsuit from his ex-lover over allegations he reneged on a deal to provide her with financial support after their 2007 split.
Marquez alleges Caruso has failed to honour his promise, and even threatened to "bury her" if she pursued him for the cash
Liza Marquez began a relationship with Caruso in 2004, after meeting the redhead on the set of his hit TV show.
The couple quickly moved in together and went on to have two children.
Marquez claims she agreed to be a stay-at-home mother in return for Caruso providing for her and the kids.
But, shortly after the birth of their second kid in October 2007, Caruso broke off their romance and reportedly agreed to hand over $1 million (£684,930) to Marquez to help get her back on her feet.
However, Marquez alleges Caruso has failed to honour his promise, and even threatened to "bury her" if she pursued him for the cash.
She has filed legal papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court and is suing for fraud, breach of settlement agreement and emotional distress.
