Caggie Dunlop would have started disliking herself if she had stayed on 'Made in Chelsea'.

The blonde beauty quit the E4 realty show last year to concentrate on her music career, and insists she left the programme at the right time because she would have started turning into someone she didn't want to be had she remained on the show.

Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I think I got the best that I could have got out of it and I left at the right time, because I've still got all my friends.

"They're still as close to me as they were, if not closer. I worry that if I had stayed, those relationships would have turned a bit sour and if I stayed I would have become a person I'm not entirely sure I wanted to be."

Caggie admits she couldn't face watching 'Made in Chelsea' after quitting the show, but she has tuned in again recently to see what her old flame Spencer Matthews has been up to.

She added: "I didn't watch it for a while when I was on it, then afterwards, I couldn't watch it at all because it was a bit too painful. Now I do."

Caggie's ISWAI pop-up store is open now on King's Road, London.
