Caroline Flack still gets "really nervous" about live presenting.
The 'Xtra Factor' host admits she gets a feeling in her stomach ahead of presenting 'The X Factor' spin-off show but insists they are "good nerves" and help to ensure she doesn't get too "over-confident" in front of the camera.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "The preparation has been going well, I'm excited but I get that sort of nervous feeling in my stomach. I get nervous still.
"They are good nerves, though. I quite like them in a way. I think nerves are healthy. I'm never over-confident. It's the sort of anticipation feeling.
"You've got to keep yourself on your toes, haven't you?
"We just had a script run through and we have such a good team so we sit there and change anything we want to change. It's great."
As well as co-hosting 'The Xtra Factor' alongside newcomer Matt Richardson, the 33-year-old stunner has landed a new role on 'The X Factor' interviewing the contestants backstage during the live shows, which start tomorrow night (12.10.13), and linking back to the show's main presenter Dermot O'Leary.
Speaking at The Magners Arms pub in Camden Town, north London, last night (10.10.13) - where she turned host for the night and ensured everyone had a great time - the brunette beauty added: "I'm really excited about starting a new role on the show.
"I think because I've already got chemistry with the contestants and I'm going to be backstage anyway then it kind of makes sense to see what the atmosphere is like there a little bit. I've got to practice saying, 'Back to you Dermot,' which will be quite exciting.
"I'm not on for long. I've still got to rehearse for 'Xtra Factor' at the same time."
Magners Irish Cider created its Magners Arms pub for one night only following research carried out by the brand on what people like to do to have a good time.
The pub opened its doors just after 7pm as their researched revealed more than a quarter of the UK believe 7pm is the perfect time to go out, while the company ensured there was a seat for every attendee as they found 80 per cent of us spend most of our time indoors.
What's more, it was discovered 44 per cent of males enjoy starting their night at the pub and London was voted the most popular British city for socialising with 32 per cent of men and women voting for the capital.
