Cat Deeley has plans to stay in the USA for work.

The 37-year-old TV presenter - who was catapulted to the spotlight when she co-hosted British children's programme 'SMTV Live' - moved to America for work several years ago and is the host of TV dance competition 'So You Think You Can Dance'.

Cat has no plans to come back to the UK and is still pleasantly surprised by the continued success she is having Stateside which has included jobs on numerous shows, including 'The Choice' and 'Shake It Up'.

The blonde beauty - who was born in Birmingham, north west England - said: "I don't know quite how I've done it ... It's [the success] got to end at some point because all these things are cyclical and it's got to at some point or another but while they keep on giving it to me and I'm having a great time and I love the people I work with, I'm going to keep doing it."

Cat loves the lifestyle in Los Angeles, where she resides with her husband Patrick Kielty, and enjoys having their family from England and Ireland come and stay.

Speaking on British chat show 'Lorraine', she explained:"It's such a lovely place to live and it is sunshine and palm trees but the nicest thing of all is when you can share it with people and I've been lucky enough that tons of my friends and family have all been there, my nieces and nephews, they've all been.

Cat is back in the UK to present the launch show for 'Soccer Aid' - a charity football match between teams made up of ex-pros and celebrities.
