The TV presenter struggled on today's (09.08.21) 'Lorraine' show, on which she is standing in for Lorraine Kelly during the summer holidays, after all her "screaming over the music" during Ant and his wife Anne-Marie Corbett's big day on Saturday (07.08.21).

Christine said: "It was a beautiful ceremony, beautiful wedding, and clearly an even better night-time party.

"Because not only was I screaming over the music talking to everybody, but I was obviously singing as well."

The star - who has kids Patricia, two, and four-month-old son Frederick with her husband Frank Lampard - admitted her voice wasn't in a great place on Sunday (08.08.21), but fortunately it came back for today's show, and she plans to "be sensible" for the rest of the week.

She said: "The voice went yesterday. It's slowly coming back today, but if I lose it completely that is why.

"I'll be sensible all of this week, I promise."

Several other star guests were in attendance at the wedding, including Saturday Night Takeaway's Stephen Mulhern, 'Britain's Got Talent' judge Alesha Dixon, TV presenter Dermot O'Leary, and Ant and Dec's former 'SM:TV' co-host Cat Deeley, who has also stood in on 'Lorraine' this summer.

The reception was held at Heckfield Place, a luxurious Georgian mansion, and the 45-year-old groom and Anne-Marie are said to have forked out for their guests' two-night stay at the £1,000-a-night venue and asked for their spa bills to be charged to his account.

Ant - who was previously married to 'Strictly Come Dancing' make-up artist Lisa Armstrong - proposed to Anne-Marie at home on Christmas Eve 2020.
