The 23-year-old singer - who hails from Falkirk, Scotland - was named the winner of the ITV talent show during its final on Saturday (20.03.21).

Speaking after his win, Craig struggled to compose his words, before he said: "I'm so shocked. I'm still shocked. Thank you to everyone who voted for me. Thank you to Scotland. Thank you to Anne Marie for always believing in me. I genuinely cannot express my thanks to everyone who voted for me."

In the final, Craig sang his original track, 'Don't Waste My Time' - which will now be released via streaming platforms - as he faced up against Grace Holden, who sang a cover of 'Dream Catch Me' in a bid to take the crown.

After her exit, Grace said: "I've had the best time. I'm just so happy."

Whilst her coach Olly Murs added of Craig's win: "Congratulations to Anne Marie. Congratulations to Craig, you've been amazing to day one."Before he told Grace: "Grace, welldone, you did amazing."

Earlier in the evening, Okulaja - who was representing Team Will - and Hannah Williams, who was Team Tom's representative, were booted out of the competition, narrowly missing out on a place in the top two.

And despite her exit, Hannah insisted she had already won anyway because she had been able to duet with Tom, as they performed a stunning rendition of the Bee Gees classic, 'To Love Somebody'.

Meanwhile, Okulaja and will.i.am sang the Black Eyed Peas hit track, 'Where Is The Love', and the 18-year-old hopeful added his own rap to the track, discussing the state of the world and the coronavirus pandemic.
