The 39-year-old model - who is married to electrical Michael O'Neill and has 23-month-old Autumn with him but also has Archie, 13, Harry, 12, George, nine, and five-year-old Ronnie with ex-husband Jame O'Hara - braved the Channel 4 military-style challenge and made it to the final but admitted that despite her physical injuries she ended up feeling "so positive" and noted that it was the "most amazing experience" of her life.

She told OK! Magazine: "I was black and blue all over and had the biggest bruise on the back of my leg from the tasks. And I had trench foot – it was horrendous. But I was in peak condition afterwards! I literally came out it so positive… I felt amazing. I was like, nothing is going to break me, I don’t want anyone negative around me. Michael was like, 'who are you?!' It was honestly the most amazing experience of my life. I felt like I needed it. It made me stronger and more resilient as a person."

The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' star went on to add that she would think about her family to get herself through the tough challenges and hopes she has inspired other mothers to believe that they can achieve anything.

She said: "It’s what gets you through. I was missing my family so much but I just wanted to make them proud, and do something for myself for once. I did it for all the mums out there who feel like all they do is look after their kids, and to prove to myself that us girls can do it."
