Dick and Dom want to bring back their children's show 'Da Bungalow' one day.

The hilarious duo presented the programme from 2002 until the beginning of 2006 and, although they don't think the series would ever survive on mainstream television, they would jump at the chance to do a one-off special for charity if the BBC asked them.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Dom - whose full name is Dominic Wood - said: "No plans to bring it back at the moment. I don't think we'd ever say no. If the BBC asked us to bring back 'Da Bungalow' for a one-off for 'Comic Relief' or 'Children in Need,' we'd probably say yes. But bringing it back as a series, I think it's probably best that we let it rest where it is.
"There's a lot more competition because there's Netflix and Amazon Prime and YouTube. Kids don't want to go on a schedule - they want to watch when they want to watch it - and it's very much about what their mates are talking about in the playground. In terms of content, I think a programme like 'Da Bungalow' probably wouldn't make it on air these days."
And, although the pair are full of energy all the time, they have admitted they never had a dip in enthusiasm when they were in the studio because everyone had fun.
Dick - whose real name is Richard McCourt - explained: "The thing is with programmes like 'Da Bungalow', even though it was a Saturday morning it was such a good energy in that studio and TV centre.
"As soon as you got there you just felt uplifted, and everyone felt the same, from the makeup team, the camera guys, everyone in the gallery, the exec, even the person who pulled up the old carpet that had muck on it - everyone just loved it."
