Francis Boulle

Francis Boulle has landed a job judging entrepreneurial talent.

The 'Made in Chelsea' star is to release his inner Simon Cowell with a no-nonsense approach on the judging panel of the Britain's Top Real Role Model (BTRRM) competition, which aims to find Britain's most inspiring young entrepreneur.

The 24-year-old star - who runs several businesses - exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I don't really make my judgement by getting tips from talent show judges, but I guess I'm pretty blunt.

"I like to give entrepreneurs advice so they can go away and improve their business, rather than just saying their business is not going to work."

Francis insists he was never tempted to apply for BBC One show 'The Apprentice' because he favours the "go out and do it" approach to life, and hopes the BTRRM competition will give youngsters' businesses a boost even if they don't win.

He added: "I don't think I ever considered going on 'The Apprentice', I don't think it would have been one for me. The most important thing is to go out and do it.

"The campaign really is committed to supporting students and realising their full potential.

"It's great because they get £5,000 to support their businesses, which is a nice little nudge along."
