Gemma Collins was reduced to tears on her way to the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here' set.

The 'TOWIE' star - who is set to enter the jungle as the 14th series of the ITV reality show kicks off tonight (16.11.14) - became hysterical and claimed she was going to be sick as she took a helicopter ride to the Australian set.

In tonight's episode, Gemma is heard comparing herself to adventurer Bear Grylls, but quickly starts to panic as the pilot takes off and demands to get out of the rotorcraft.

She says: "People are going to see the real stripped-back me. I might just become Bear Grylls, you never know."

She then screams: "Can you stop a minute please? I'm serious. Just stop! I need to get out. Seriously. I'm going to be sick. I can't do it."

The 33-year-old reality TV star later addressed her meltdown and confessed she doesn't feel well suited to the show - in which contestants are forced to undertake terrifying bushtucker trials.

She explained: "I got into the chopper and suddenly felt very scared. I cried like a baby.

"I don't think I'll be able to do this jungle lark."

Gemma will enter the jungle alongside, Edwina Currie, 'X Factor' reject Jake Quickenden, Jimmy Bullard, rapper Tinchy Stryder, broadcaster Michael Buerk, 'Coronation Street' star Craig Charles, Carl Fogarty, Vicki Michelle, model Nadia Forde and Kendra Wilkinson.
