The former 'TOWIE' star is said to be set for a guest appearance on the upcoming second series of the BBC Three show.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Everyone is thrilled Gemma agreed to be part of the new series. She is a dream signing."

According to the report, Gemma will be part of the 'Snatch Game' episode, which sees the contestants doing their best celebrity impersonations during the fast paced skit.

The 39-year-old star will be on hand to help decide who is best, after she was on the other side during the first series when one of the queens impersonated the GC herself.

The insider said: "Snatch Game is all about having a laugh, so Gemma is perfect for it.

"Last series saw contestant Cheryl Hole impersonate Gemma. So to now have Gemma taking part feels like things have gone full circle."

Dawn French is also set to appear on the second season, while Michelle Visage, Graham Norton and Alan Carr will all be back as regulars.

The upcoming series has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, but its host has promised fans that it is worth the wait.

RuPaul commented: "Season two will arrive with all the hope, joy, laughter and glitter that you have come to expect from our brilliant queens.

"We feel honoured that you’ve embraced our little show, and our only wish is that we can offer a smile at a time when we can all use it the most."

The first season of the UK edition - which ran for eight episodes - was won by The Vivienne, with Divina de Camp finishing as the runner-up.
