Gemma had previously urged fans to keep the economy going during the pandemic as she shopped at Harrods and suggested that they should "wash their hands and carry on"

The 39-year-old businesswoman wrote on Instagram: "We must keep POSITIVE. We must keep going we can't let the economy crash because of a virus.

She said to the camera: "Right guys, I've taken to the gram. I'm in the West End, it's dead. I'm urging everybody to keep calm and carry on.

"Let's get back in the shops, let's get back living our daily lives. Everything's grinding to a halt and I'm feeling a little bit concerned."
