The 42-year-old reality star is one of 13 famous faces who will be baring all to raise awareness of cancer when the annual ITV1 show returns later this month for a Christmas special but insisted that she just wanted to "embrace" her body for what it is because the show is for a good cause.

She told MailOnline: "I wasn't worried about it. I'm body confident. And like every girl one minute we're up about ourselves, one minute we're a bit down about ourselves. We're only human.

"But I definitely try and embrace and rock what I've got. For me getting my boobs out and baring all on 'The Full Monty' for such a good cause - it didn't even take thinking about."

The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' star - who will be joined by the likes of fellow 'TOWIE' legend Pete Wicks, drag queen Ella Vaday, former 'Coronation Street' star Victoria Ekanoye, and ‘Benidorm' actress Sherrie Hewson on the special - went on to insist that there may be "slimmer" girls in her field but she has only been able to achieve such a successful career on television because she has embraced who she is and she thought nothing of eating fast food for lunch every day during the shoot.

She said: "There are much more beautiful, slimmer girls than me in the reality world but they can't walk a day in my shoes. I've been successful because of who I am and how I am. It does come down to, you know.

"I didn't think about it. I was going Nando's every day for lunch, it was lovely!

"It's like that song from 'The Greatest Showman' - this is me! I was confident and my weight didn't even come into it!"
