The reality star, 58, left fans shocked after revealing she was related to fashion royalty while appearing on season 18 of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ in 2017.

While Naomi, 52, has cemented herself as one of the most coveted faces in fashion for decades, Sandi doesn’t feel she has been living in her shadow, because she has made a name for herself, but she is grateful for her A-list relative's support.

Speaking at the launch of FrontFanz at London's Proud City on Wednesday (17.05.23), Sandi exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Naomi Campbell, she’s my first cousin. I didn’t find it hard to get a name for myself.

"She does her thing I do my thing and we’re family and we support one another in whatever we’re doing.

"I support her and she supports me and that’s how it’s supposed to be. Supporting each other and as a family that’s what you’re supposed to do.”

The roles reversed when Naomi appeared alongside BFF Kate Moss and Noel Gallagher on ‘Celebrity Gogglebox’ for Channel 4’s Stand Up To Cancer show back in 2014, which Sandi joked was her turf.

She added: "She also did 'Gogglebox', the celebrity one with Gallagher and Kate Moss.

"I was like, 'You stay off the sofa, that’s mine babes.' "

Sandi, who shot to fame when the reality show first launched in 2013, hasn’t struggled being in the limelight, but understands the mental health pressures that can come with fame.

In line with Mental Health Awareness Week, taking place from May 15-21, Sandi urged people not to stay silent.

She said: "People don’t seem to realise we need to listen more to people and it's OK to talk. Don’t stay silent.

"Open up, be yourself and let people know that you’re going through these problems, that these problems are happening because there is help out there and no matter what I’m doing right now I will always keep supporting now and forever."
