The 'Loose Women' star knows exactly who she'd love to spend the evening with if she had chance, and while she'd keep the chef busy in the kitchen, she'd enjoy being able to chat with media mogul Oprah Winfrey, 'Q.I.' host Sandi Toksvig and late author Maya Angelou.

Asked who her dream dinner party guests would be, she told BANG Showbiz: "Maya Angelou – she’s one of my favourite authors and poets and I wish I could have met her– she was phenomenal.

"I’d love to invite Oprah – I really admire her for all that she’s been through and all that she has done.

"And Sandy Toksvig – she taught me how to be still and, in the moment, - and Gordon Ramsay - so he can do all the cooking!"

The 43-year-old comic has previously shown off her culinary skills on the celebrity versions of 'MasterChef' and 'Great British Bake Off' and now she's teamed up with Higgidy's Culinary Chef, Jordan Kerridge, to create her own Spicy Chicken Pot Pie recipe for the firm's new 'Dig Into A Higgidy' pie campaign.

The pair are set to spend a fun day in the kitchen, embarking on a quest to find the perfect gravy and going head-to-head in an onion-chopping challenge, with the resulting video set to be released on both Judi and Higgidy's social media channels.

And as well as giving fans the chance to pick up some pie tips and recipes, a few lucky ones will get the chance to win Judi's own pie.

She said: “When days start to get colder and darker there’s nothing better than a pie and a cup of tea to warm you inside and out. I’m so excited to be working with Higgidy and can’t wait to cook up something special in the kitchen with Jordan and look out for the Judi twists, I’m sure some fiery scotch bonnet will make an appearance!”
