Kelly Brook has filmed a pilot for a TV show about olive farming

The model/actress is following in the footsteps of Jeremy Clarkson and his popular Amazon Prime series by shooting her own show which features Kelly and her husband Jeremy Parisi attempting to harvest olives at his family's estate in Italy - and she was thrilled to embrace her husband's Italian roots.

In a post on Instagram, she explained: "Last autumn, my husband and I filmed a pilot on his family farm in Italy during the olive harvest and captured the absolute beauty of where he is from and the beautiful family I am now married into!

Kelly went on to reveal she doesn't know if the pilot will become a full series, but she enjoyed making it with James Corden's Fulwell 73 Productions.

She added: "Thank you @fulwell73productions for making this dream a reality and capturing so many wonderful moments on film! We are not sure if this pilot will ever become a TV show however we are hoping one day it might!"

The former 'Big Breakfast' presenter added the region is where the couple married in 2022 and they are hoping to spend more time there in the future and learn more about harvesting olives.

She went on to write: "Arpino is where we were married and is definitely a place we will be spending more time in the future and I’m looking forward to learning more about the business of olive oil farming."

Kelly and Jeremy married in July 2022 in the Italian town of Civitavecchia with the extravagant ceremony reported to have cost around £500,000. However, their big day was almost ruined by a rainstorm which forced them to move the outdoor reception under cover.

Speaking on Vicky Pattison's 'The Secret To' podcast, Kelly explained: "It was like biblical rain, you couldn't see your hand in front of your face. It had not rained in that region for eight months and I don't think it has since.

"I look completely stressed and with straggly hair. Jeremy watches the wedding video all the time but I can't face it yet ... We were winging it the whole way. It made it so much fun. And it gave it the essence and authenticity of it being Italian and that is what I really wanted. You can't have the rainbow without the rain."
