The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star and her mother Kris Jenner took the PR guru, 41, to one side at their star-studded festive party on Christmas Eve in a bid to talk him out of starring in the forthcoming Channel 5 reality TV show.

A source said: "Kim and her mum took Jonathan to one side and had a heartfelt chat, promising to make him a bigger character on their show with more prominent storylines."

The matriarch, 60, has vowed to give Jonathan a bigger part in their E! reality TV show if he pulls out of the British programme out of fear he'll share their big family secrets.

The insider added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Jonathan is already in plenty of scenes, but they want to give him more of an incentive not to do 'Celebrity Big Brother'.

"They're also worried about how he'll be portrayed and how interactions with gobby British housemates will go down."

Meanwhile, although Channel 5 have claimed any stars tipped for the show are "pure speculation", it's believed Jonathan could be sharing a house with dancing beauty Kristina Rihanoff, former 'The Only Way Is Essex' loudmouth Gemma Collins and Prince Andrew's ex-girlfriend Koo Stark.

It's also thought axed 'Hollyoaks' actress Stephanie Davis has been offered £200,000 to enter the reality show house, as well as 'Made in Chelsea' hunk Spencer Matthews.

'Celebrity Big Brother' is set to return to television screens across the nation on January 5, 2016.
