The former Girls Aloud singer has admitted she's so proud of her ex-band mate for agreeing to go into the famous abode but is concerned that she'll make a fool out of herself because she's "easily overwhelmed."

Writing in her blog for Hello!, she said: "I can't believe Sarah is in the 'Big Brother' house! I've managed to watch a couple of episodes and it's actually really bizarre seeing someone you know so well in there. I think she's really brave to put herself out there like that as it's a lot of pressure and such an intense environment to be in. Sarah can sometimes be easily overwhelmed so I really hope she's OK in there and enjoys the experience. She's been great on the bits I've seen so far."

But the 35-year-old singer hopes Helen Lederer will help guide the blonde beauty - who was once known as the "wild child" of the pop group - if she's struggling with the pressure of the house.

She explained: "I also know Helen Lederer as we were in 'Horrid Henry' the movie together and I've worked with her again since and she's hilarious, a really lovely woman and has been in the business a long time so I'm sure she'll look out for Sarah."

However, it looks like Sarah, 35, is already starting to struggle as she broke down in tears yesterday (06.08.17) - in scenes that will air tonight - after her fellow housemates put her up to face eviction.

She said in the diary room: "I don't know who to trust anymore. I just don't feel like I belong here anymore."

The singer later calms down and tells Sandi Bogle: "We're living in a bubble. Everything is magnified."

Sandi replied: "Stay positive, be you and do you."
