Layton started his career when he played the title role in 'Billy Elliot: The Musical' in the West End and went on to perform musical numbers as Kylie Parkinson in the comedy series 'Beautiful People' but he is currently taking part in 'Strictly Come Dancing', where on Saturday's (02.12.23) episode, he and professional partner Nikita managed to get a perfect score of 40 from the judges.

He later took to social media where he shared that he "hoped" he was doing the musical theatre industry "proud" with his time on the show so far.
