Beth Mead, Sam Kerr and Rachel Daly will be meeting with young girls to help teach them the power of resilience.

The LEGO Group UK's 'Unstoppable FC' programme will host a series of Play Workshops with Super League sides Arsenal Women, Aston Villa WFC and Chelsea FC Women next week, with the sessions specially designed to teach females aged 8-11 'Buildbackability', or the art of bouncing back from a setback.
The sessions will incorporate fun football drills and LEGO build challenges, and the players will be at the workshops at their respective clubs.
Parents and carers can visit www.lego.com/en-gb/play-unstoppable/unstoppable-fc to find out more and get their girls involved, with spaces allocated on a first come, first served basis.
In addition, the Unstoppable FC website will also feature Beth and Lauren Hemp sharing their stories of resilience to help inspire young girls, as well as tips from sports psychologist Dr. Josephine Perry.
Josephine said: “Educating girls to treat failure as a learning experience and bounce back from setbacks is crucial to helping them tackle life challenges. I’m thrilled to be partnering with the LEGO Group to teach young girls the art of Buildbackability, or in other words how to build yourself up after being knocked back.”
The campaign was launched after a survey found parents of girls listed resilience and determination amongst the top qualities demonstrated by the most inspirational women of today. 63% of those surveyed admitted they wished they had been taught to be more resilient growing up and the same percentage believed their own daughters need to be resilient to succeed in the modern world.
