Mario Falcone admitted he lied about Ricky Rayment's infidelity.
'The Only Way is Essex' hunk is cursing his luck after letting slip that he was covering up for his close pal when he accidentally left his microphone on following a heart-to-heart with Ricky's girlfriend Jessica Wright.
The brunette beauty was left unconvinced that her scheming boyfriend had only cheated on her once and went on a mission to seek answers from heartthrob Mario, but she was dissatisfied when the tailor insisted Ricky was innocent.
During the conversation with Jess last night, Mario said: "I'm looking at you now. He made one mistake."
But after Jess walked away, Mario was heard whispering: "F**k me! I've never had to lie so much!"
The 26-year-old reality star took to Twitter after the episode aired last night (23.06.13) to explain why he exposed his friend's cheating ways before insisting that he quite enjoys the 'TOWIE' dramas.
He wrote: "Only trying to have my best friends back and help him... I didn't realise my mic was still on.....(sic)"
He then added: "Anyway... Good to see towie is back to its best... Hope you enjoyed it! Off to bed... Good night, god bless x (sic)"
