The 'EastEnders' star - who has locked horns with the hunk in the past - has accused the 29-year-old presenter of striking his cheek with his hand after they got into a war of words at a money-raising game for sick kids.

Keen to reignite their feud, Danny took a subtle swipe at the heartthrob on Twitter on Tuesday (16.08.16) when he poked fun at the radio station he presents on and his new yoghurt advert for Oykos, which used to feature Peter Andre.

The 39-year-old soap star wrote: "My worst nightmare would be listening to Heart FM while eating an Oykos yoghurt. It would be like p***ing razor blades (sic)."

Although Mark seemingly brushed off the dig, his brother Josh - who is a professional footballer - wasn't so eager to ignore the remark and lashed out at the actor for his blow.

Referring to Danny as Malcolm - the actor's hated nickname - Josh hit back on his social networking site: "Malcolm you must still be hurting from when Mark gave you a slap in the changing room that day.get over it you melt @MrDDyer (sic)"

Danny, keen to make the DJ look bad, replied: "At a charity football match 4 Terminally ill children then run behind his dad. What a geezer. My bird hits harder. (sic)"

Desperate to protect his sibling, Josh hit back: "Not sure it happened like that mate you ran your mouth as always and pushed him into corner so he protected himself by slapping you ... OH and by the way my dad weren't even in the room"

Danny was then keen to have the last laugh as he claimed his rival took the "bang liberty" and is a "disgrace."

He concluded: "We all know what happened. He took a bang liberty. End of. He ain't a bit of me. Crack on.

"Hardly a dig. The fact I suffered it was there was kids waiting outside with months to live. He's a disgrace. (sic)"

Meanwhile, this isn't the first time Danny and Mark have come to blows as they previously became embroiled in a slanging match in 2013 when the 'Football Factory' star said Mark was all he "hates about the celebrity world."
