MC Hammer

MC Hammer is set to search the globe for the most untalented people in the world for a new show on ITV2.

The programme - that will be a similar style to 'You've Been Framed' - will see clips of awful actors, disastrous dancers and deluded singers to name but a few, in the latest spin on the talent show format.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Yes, it's 'Hammertime' all over again. He's a game bloke and this show is right up his street. It has been filmed in LA but he is featuring contributions from people all over the world.

"He'll be looking at bad acting, tone-deaf singers and people who really should steer clear of the dancefloor."

The 51-year-old star - real name Stanley Kirk Burrell - has already began filming the series and is head-hunting wannabes who can perform the dance from his 1990 hit 'U Can't Touch This'.

An online casting call from producers read: "It doesn't matter how big or small your talent is - or how good anybody else thinks it is. Hammer's still interested.

"We're also looking for tributes to MC Hammer's most famous track, 'U Can't Touch This'. This could be in the form of you miming along to the song or perhaps you could make your very own music video."
