The television presenter and the 'Love Actually' star were booted out of the competition on Saturday night (26.10.19), with Martin Bashir being saved by the judges.

Speaking to Dermot O'Leary, Ricki said: "I guess I have to stick to my day job!"

Whilst Olivia was visibly tearful, adding: "I'm not great."

When it came to choosing Olivia or Martin, Louis Walsh unsurprisingly saved his act Olivia, whilst Nicole saved her act Martin. The decision came to Simon Cowell and he chose to keep Martin in the competition.

Earlier in the evening, Kevin McHale opened the show with a rendition of Lizzo's 'Good as Hell', with Simon dubbing it a "risky song choice" but admitting "it worked".

Ricki then took to the stage to sing 'Landslide' by Fleetwood Mac but confessed it was "out of her comfort zone"

Calling it a "heartfelt performance", Louis told her: "You need to work on her vocals if she wants to stay on the show long term."

The 'Love Island' group - now known as No Love Lost - performed their own track called 'All Or Nothing', followed by 'The Chase' star Jenny Ryan, who performed 'Rise Like a Phoenix' by Conchita Wurst.

Nicole gave Jenny the Safe Seat, which sends the chosen person straight into the next show, adding: "You look stunning up there, you're a sexy Vixen and your pipes just soared. This is your night Jenny, and this is why I'm giving you my safe seat!"

TryStar were given Simon's safe seat whilst actor Jonny Labey got Louis' safe seat.

Vinnie Jones also returned to the show, after missing the audition stages after the tragic death of his wife Tanya, performing Blues Brother's 'Everybody Needs Somebody To Love'.

The 'X Factor: Celebrity' returns next Saturday (02.11.19).
