The Saturdays singer has admitted there's not much chance of her signing up to the ballroom and latin show in the future because she'd really struggle to learn the routines and keep up with the pace, so she's so proud of her band mate Mollie King - who is currently taking part in this year's series - for throwing herself in head first.

Speaking to the Mail Online, Rochelle said: "Everyone assumes that if you've got a music background you've got an advantage. But what we did in our groups was just posing. I'd be way out of my depth if I did 'Strictly Come Dancing'."

And, although she's desperate to see the blonde bombshell, 30, lift the glitter ball trophy at the end of the series, Rochelle has revealed this year's line up has caused arguments in her house as her husband Marvin's former JLS band mate Aston Merrygold is also competing in the show and he wants him to win the programme.

The 28-year-old beauty explained: "Having Aston and Mollie in the same year... it's like, who am I going to support? I have never found it so hard. In fact, we may as well have a permanent seat [at the studios]."

But it looks like Mollie may have a little bit of an advantage - despite Aston sitting firmly at the top of the leader board every week thus far - as her band mate Frankie Bridge has been giving her tips following her stint on the show in 2014.

Frankie - who was runner-up on the show when she competed three years ago - said recently: "So I basically forced Mollie to do it in the first place. And I just told her to really enjoy it and just go for it. I would love her to win it, I think she could. I know she'll be amazing on it and with those legs she's just going to look amazing in every outfit. I can't wait to see her every week. But I only got to the final so I don't really think that would be fair for her to win."
