Louis Theroux is to have a documentary made about him by scientologists.
The 44-year-old documentary-maker is to be the subject of a new film and has acknowledged he's anxious about having the camera turned on him.
Louis posted on Twitter: "Just been informed by Scientology lawyers that Scientology is working on a documentary about me. Little bit excited; little bit nervous."
Louis - who's made documentaries about a wide range of personalities and social groups, including survivalists, black nationalists and white supremacists - is surprised people seem more interested in the documentary about him than his own work about scientology.
He posted an open-ended question on Twitter: "People more excited to see Scientology's doc about me than my doc about Scn. Maybe I should have just made a doc about myself? (sic)"
Louis began mentioning the documentary last year, when he asked scientologists to get involved with the documentary called 'Stairway to Heaven: Louis Theroux and the Church of Scientology'.
His post read: "Open call to any #Scientologists out there. I would love to speak to you for a documentary I am working on. About Scientology."
Although there is no official release date, it's expected the film will be released later this year.
