Simon Cowell has brought in a hypnotist to help Tamera Foster remember her lines.
The 'X Factor' contestant has already forgotten her lyrics on three occasions, and the show boss is keen to do whatever he can to protect his favourite hopeful in this year's contest.
Tamera said: "Last week was really difficult, so I've been seeing a hypnotherapist to get me in the right frame of mind."
Simon, 54, is said to see the 16-year-old singer as a potential huge star for the future, but he knows she is looking "so unprofessional" by not being able to learn the words to her songs properly.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "As far as Simon is concerned, Tamera is the star and she can have whatever special treatment she needs.
"He hates the fact she's been forgetting her lines as it's so unprofessional."
It was previously reported that the media mogul believes she could be a "massive" global star, and he has been disappointed to see her performing badly in the public vote.
An insider recently revealed: "He wants Tamera Foster to win. He has publicly said she is a star and he genuinely thinks she could be massive internationally like Leona Lewis - but she isn't connecting with the public.
"She's already been in the bottom two and Simon is frantic she improves her position."
