The 34-year-old singer - who rose to fame 13 years ago as a member of boy band The Wanted – is currently taking part in the latest series of ITV’s figure skating competition alongside professional skater Klabera Komini, and he has vowed to bring the fire to the ice as he’s willing to do what takes to win, even if it means showing some skin.

He told The Sun newspaper's TVBiz column: “I was shy the first week with a suit on, it wasn’t very glittery. But after a couple of weeks of lifting above my head, spinning, I think I’m ready to give the audience a bit of a peak.

“I’ll bring the fire, strip off…as the weeks go on, an extra button comes off. I never ever considered myself as a pin-up but it’s nice to be admired.

“There’s nothing wrong with that. If it’s going to get me some points, I’ll do anything for the points.”

Siva – who tied the knot with designer wife Nareesha in 2015 – said his partner is happy to reap the benefits of his vigorous training regime.

He added: “My missus is quite pleased. I’ve got some serious glutes now and everything is so toned, I’ve got abs.

“Honestly, I feel like Superman. Nareesha’s my Lois Lane. It’s great for her to witness my growth, I’m way more disciplined, way more driven, passionate, creative. She says ‘Oh, my God, he’s so brave and hot and sexy.' ”

The Wanted singer was left heartbroken when fellow bandmate Tom Parker died aged 33 from brain cancer last year.

Siva, who paid an emotional tribute to the late star during the first episode of 'Dancing On Ice', said Tom would have have been perplexed and "taken the pee" out of him.

He said: “It’s been a positive, a way to really find an outlet for my artistic side. Tom would be well shocked, honestly.

“I know he’d take the pee out of me first, and then be a huge supporter. He’d come to all the shows and he’d be online a lot sending videos, posting the videos. He’s my cheerleader, always will be.”
