'Strictly Come Dancing' star Tilly Ramsay is not worried about facing the show's judges - because her dad Gordon Ramsay is the "harshest critic".

The 19-year-old influencer will compete in the upcoming series of the BBC show, and she admitted the 'Hell's Kitchen' star, 54, will give her his own criticism of her routines.

She said: "I think I’ll take criticism from the judges pretty well. I do live with one of the harshest critics in my house, Dad, so I’m pretty used to that kind of stuff. Dad will be like, ‘Oh well I thought ... ’ He’ll give his own criticism. But it’s all about learning and the whole process. You need criticism to learn.”

However, the TikTok star also revealed that it has always been a dream of her TV dad to dance, but his dodgy footwork would let him down.

She said: "Dad is very excited for me to be taking part. He’s always wanted to learn how to dance but he’s just not very good at all. He has got two left feet. I will try to teach him but I do get slightly impatient with him because it takes him a very long time.”

Despite gaining thousands of likes for throwing shapes on TikTok, Tilly admitted her dancing ability is not the best, rating herself "two out of 10".

She said: "I am not very good at dancing. If I was to describe my dancing style in three words it would be awkward, uncoordinated, and pretty clumsy, I am a very clumsy person."

Her ability will be put to the test when she takes to the 'Strictly' dancefloor when the new series launches on Saturday (18.09.21).

She will be joined in the line-up by the likes of 'Loose Women' panellist Judi Love, 41, and 'McFly' star Tom Fletcher, 36.

At 19, Tilly is one of the youngest contestants in the show's 17-year history - the youngest having been 'EastEnders' actress Louisa Lytton, who was 17 when she finished fourth in 2006.
