Family, friends and fans of the popular 57-year-old former reality TV star were left shocked when he was found dead at his Essex home earlier this week and Mick's ex-castmates want to do something special to pay tribute to him.

A source told The Sun: "Everyone is just so sad. Mick touched so many people, the old cast and the new. They have been talking about what would be the best way to remember him.

"They are thinking of a virtual tribute to remember his fondest moments for his family. It would be something special for Mick's kids Kirk, Daniel, Mason and Holly to treasure."

Mick - who appeared on 'The Only Way Is Essex' from 2010 to 2013 - is survived by his four children Hollie, Mason, Daniel, and Kirk Norcross.

Meanwhile, ITV has paid tribute to Mick, who previously owned the popular Sugar Hut club which featured heavily in 'TOWIE'.

ITV said in a statement: "'Everyone at 'TOWIE' is shocked and deeply saddened to hear the tragic news of Mick’s death. He was hugely popular with cast, crew and the audience alike.

"Charming, generous and host to many of Essex’s most glamorous events, Mick will be missed by us all. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones at this difficult time."
