The ‘Celebs Go Dating’ star joked he was as “high as a kite” after going under the knife, and he shared a video from his hospital bed following the surgery.
In the the footage, he said: “I had a partial knee replacement. I’ve just checked and my leg is still there. So I think it went successfully.”
He quipped: “I’m buzzing. I feel like I just want to go out.”
Wayne revealed he tried to order a vodka Red Bull drink in hospital, but the Ibiza club owner's request was declined.
He said: “They asked if I wanted a drink. I said, 'Yes, a vodka red bull please.’ But they said no.
“I might come back and get the other knee done next week.”
In February, the father-of-four sparked speculation he was engaged to Chloe Ferry, 26, when he posted a photo of himself and the ‘Geordie Shore’ star with the caption “she said yes”.
But he then admitted it wasn’t real, saying: “We’re in the ['Celebs Go Dating'] mansion and she had a wedding ring. She went, ‘Come on, Wayne, let’s pretend we’re getting married.'
“And we took all the pictures and everything and we didn’t end up doing it, we just forgot about it.”
Chloe later said that she “loved” Wayne but claimed she would never pursue anything romantic with him as they were just “the best of friends”.
She said: “If Wayne could get his way and marry me he would.
“He’s one of my best friends in the whole world. I love him so much. He’s one of the people I have ever met.
“We get on so well but we are just friends.”
