The couple - who found fame on ITV2's 'Love Island' - are head-over-heels in love and say if their relationship keeps going as well as it has been, they hope to tie the knot.

During a joint interview on ITV's 'Loose Women' on Monday (06.08.18), the couple were asked if they plan to get married and Megan, 24, replied: "If it keeps going like this, yeah one day."

The pair also claimed that the controversy over Megan appearing to steal Wes, 20, from Laura Anderson on the show was blown out of proportion.

While viewers saw Megan boldly walking up to Wes and declaring that she fancied him, the pair said ITV2 never aired the many arguments Wes and Laura were having before that.

Megan said: "In the outside world, I would have loved to go up to Laura and say that I fancy Wes. But it's a TV show, it doesn't show them fighting or arguing. I'm not the most confident person, I wouldn't just go up to him."

Wes added: "I was obviously having quite a few rows with Laura and we were arguing. I had spoken to others saying I wanted to end things with Laura but that was not shown on the show. It looked like Megan just came up to me and then I told Laura it was over."

Megan also addressed her controversial past as a dancer and glamour model, insisting she was not ashamed of her previous jobs but she insisted reports she had worked as an escort were false.

She said: "I've admitted I was a dancer and a glamour model. I don't judge people, I still have friends who are dancers. Women should empower each other, it's your body, do what you want with it. I'm not ashamed of it, it's part of me, it's part of who I am and it's helped me grow as a person.

"I was never an escort. I've done glamour modelling and webcam work. I've dated guys who were older than me who were wealthy and guys who were younger than me who had no money and I supported them."

And Wes said he was thrilled to have the chance to close to Megan in the villa, where there was no chance to judge someone before getting to know them.

He said: "I've judged Megan who for she is and that's the beauty of 'Love Island'. You can get to know them for who they are, rather than what they've done. I trust Megan and she trusts me, we've got complete trust."

A smitten Megan added: "I know that Wes loves me for me."

Megan has been open about having a number of cosmetic procedures - including two boob jobs, a nose job, veneers and lip fillers - and said she doesn't regret any of them.

She said: "I've done it for me, I've never set out to be a role model. I don't regret anything. It makes me feel better. If it's there and you can afford it, then why not."

And the interview ended with panellist Coleen Nolan asking Megan for the number of her plastic surgeon.

Coleen, 53, said: "Can I have the number of your surgeon?" and Megan replied: "Yeah, I'll hook you up."
