The axed 'Hollyoaks' actress, 22, has been sent to a secluded room somewhere in the infamous house after she threatened to smack the former 'The Only Way is Essex' star following a heated row in last night's (17.01.16) show.

A spokesperson told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Big Brother has reprimanded Stephanie for her behaviour."

The pair came to blows after Gemma, 34, branded the brunette beauty "disgusting" when it emerged she'd kissed fellow contestant Jeremy McConnell, 25, under the sheets earlier in the week, despite having a boyfriend on the outside.

Producers were forced to intervene and call the actress into the diary room when the war of words got out of hand after Stephanie referred to Gemma as a "monster."

Once confined in the private room, the former soap star threatened to quit the show before her anger got the better of her and she let out a vicious foul-mouthed rant.

She said: "If you let me back in that house I'm gonna end up doing something I regret. Either if that's punching Gemma Collins in the face which she deserves.

"She's a f***ing diva, big lion headed c*** who's an absolute knob and people that do like her need to give their head a wobble because she's disgusting."

Meanwhile, earlier in the show, Stephanie, who is dating handsome model Sam Reece, was reduced to tears when the fake former Mr Ireland revealed he's in love with her.

The actress went on to reveal she's developed feelings for Jeremy too, admitting she's forgotten the sound of her boyfriend's voice, but was left heartbroken when the hunk decided to call things off in order to do the "right thing."
