The camp on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! is reportedly infested with ticks.
Ten celebrities have landed in Australia ready to take part in the ITV reality show, but Medic Bob (Bob McCarron) has revealed how painful bites are in store for the celebs, as ticks have swept the camp.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Bob explained: "They're like a pin dot on your skin but the swelling they can cause is as big as an apple. So far, we have had 30 crew members affected.
"I met all the celebrities and told them, 'Half of you will be bitten by ticks'. They didn't like that."
He also revealed that the famous faces will need to protect their genital areas particularly.
"Ticks crawl in trousers and end up in the groin. They go everywhere but they like those areas in particular.
"It takes about two days to get better. They are so tiny we have a pen like you use for skin cancers to freeze it and kill it to get it out."
Bob added: "We found a venomous snake in camp this week.
"And we found another species in a camera hide which can also kill."
