The 35-year-old star is set to host ITV2's new revamped version of the dating show and has revealed she wants to see at least two of the contestants find love, get married and have babies.

Asked what her perfect outcome at the end of the series would be, Caroline said: "A wedding! And babies! I definitely think that's possible. I met my last boyfriend on holiday. Things can happen like that."

The 'X Factor' host is hoping the singles that travel with her to Mallorca to take part in the show are truly looking for love and not just for fame.

Describing her dream 'Love Island' contestant, the blonde beauty shared: "I like people who really wear their heart on their sleeve, and people who fall in love really easily. Some hopeless romantics would be good.

Meanwhile, Lauren Richardson - who was targeted by angry fans earlier this year after it was claimed she'd slept with One Direction hunk Zayn Malik - is set to take part in the show and insists she's looking for a man with a great personality.

She explained: "They've got to look after themselves like I do, and go down to the gym. I don't want a wet fish either. You've got to make me laugh and have a silly sense of humour. The sillier, the better. If he can make me laugh, I'll be eating out of the palm of his hand."

Speaking about her run-in with Zayn - who is engaged to Little Mix star Perrie Edwards - Lauren added: "I met Zayn in a nightclub in Thailand. It got blown out of all proportion. But that's a long story..."

Love Island returns this Sunday, June 7 at 9pm on ITV2.
