Reprising her role as Tanya Branning on BBC One soap EastEnders last night, Jo Joyner was clearly nervous to have come back to the show on live week, and fluffed one of her lines in a live segment of the episode.

Speaking on Wednesday night's special, she asked her on-screen friend Jane Beale (Laurie Brett), "How's Adam?", in reference to character Ian Beale - real name Adam Woodyatt.

Despite the mess-up, Jo appeared as Tanya in further live scenes later on in the episode and did great, meaning that the 'Adam' fluff was the only minor hitch of the night.

Following the episode, Jo took to her Twitter to make light of the event, but did admit she was "gutted", writing:

Fans immediately rushed to support her and told her that she handled the incident gracefully and still made the show a success.

This comes just one day after some viewers accused Jake Wood who plays Max Branning of stumbling over a key line on Tuesday night's episode, where he said to his daughter Abi Branning "She knows you killed Lucy".

Some thought he had said "who" and so he clarified on his own Twitter account:

He also popped a spoof script for Thursday night's episode online in a bid to make light of his colleague's line fluff:

Aside from all of the live commotion, the episode included some major bombshells including Peter Beale (Ben Hardy) discovering that his on-screen girlfriend Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) was pregnant with his child.

She went on to tell the truth to Peter about what she had discovered in police files left behind at her house, which saw a dramatic cliffhanger play out where Peter accused either Ian or Jane of murdering his twin sister, just moments after the two tied the knot in front of the entire Square.

"Lauren's told me - Lucy was killed in this house... and it was one of you!" he shouted at the newlyweds, before the show ended ahead of tonight's one-hour special and big reveal.

Meanwhile, it was confirmed that Max was wrong about his daughter Abi murdering Lucy all along, as she questioned how he thinks she could ever have done that.

With Abi, Max and Peter all seemingly out of the frame, just who did kill Lucy Beale? We'll find out tonight on BBC One, at 7.30pm.
