Rumours begin to spread about Dean being a rapist and his world begins to crumble, with business at the salon suffering and his staff walking out when a big promotion is launched. Masood's sorry about his behaviour and hopes to make it up to Shabnam, though now her big secret's out and she's confided in Stacey she has much more to deal with. The half-marathon is just around the corner and whilst Lauren doubts Peter's agility, she gets more than she bargained for when he decides he'll prove just how fit he truly is to her. Meanwhile, Tina questions Sonia about her painkillers and Jane leaves the bridal shop with a dress that doesn't flatter her after hearing the news that her mother won't be attending the wedding.

Dean finds comfort with Denise who has quit her Queen Vic cleaning job after struggling to keep his business afloat. Stan's health continues to suffer and as the Carters argue about his request to assist him with suicide, Mick and Linda realise they have more to worry about when the police let them know it'll be six weeks before a decision is made about charging Dean. With the landlord deciding to take matters into his own hands, he could get himself into trouble. Elsewhere, the Square's half-marathon takes place, but just who will come in first?

Mick goes missing and takes Dean with him leaving the Carter clan increasingly missing - is he going to settle the score with mob justice? Tina is forced to reach a decision about helping Stan die, whilst Stacey encourages Shabnam to go ahead and chase her feelings with Kush. Masood notices that the family's old restaurant is up for lease and comes up with an idea, whilst Lauren finds a vital piece of evidence in Emma's case files that shocks her to the core.
