Hannah (Emma Rigby) struggles to accept what's happened to Melissa (Carla Chases). Her friends assure her they'll help her overcome her anorexia. John Paul (James Sutton) demands to know why Craig (Guy Burnet) doesn't want to help Hannah, but Craig tells him that, after John Paul broke her heart by announcing he was gay, he's hardly the person she wants to see. Sasha (Nathalie Emmanuel) prepares to embrace sixth-form life and vows that Michaela (Hollie-Jay Bowes) and Fletch's (Sam Darbyshire) antics are not going to ruin her first day. As she and Leo (Brian Bovell) sit down to a quiet meal their evening is interrupted by a suitcase that smashes the window, and Leo is forced to make a shocking admission.
