Well, at least Jules has still got his health. "The ultrasound has ruled out any internal injury", quacks a doctor, and we presume that it's ruled out pregnancy as well. Although, we admit, that's one storyline we wouldn't have seen coming. There's no brain damage either - we're not quite sure how they were able to tell - but Alex soon drops by with a view to causing some. "I need that bike back on the road", he barks. "So you can pay for the repairs, and I don't care if you have to sell both your kidneys." (That's another storyline we'd have been happy with.) Drew pleads with Alex to drop the charges - after all, Jules could end up doing a stretch in chokey - and Alex eventually does an about-face. "If you reckon you've learned your lesson," he says, "then that's good enough for me." So does this mean Jules will be free to carry on terrorising Summer Bay? Thankfully not. That afternoon, Leah and Dan tell him to sling his hook. So, after a cloying farewell to Cassie, Jules heads back to the city. We hope they made him walk. The definite articleSally is supportive following Brad's suspension as principal of Summer Bay High. Yeah, picture our surprise. For once we wish Sal would get handy with a rolled-up newspaper, but this would definitely not be a good idea now that she's taking on the temporary responsibility of doing Brad's job for him. The person responsible for their predicament, of course, is none other than goggle-eyed walking medicine cabinet Colleen, who drops by Summer Bay House in a bid to dig up some more dirt for her downmarket rag. Alf tells her to sling her hook. Later, Colleen becomes increasingly distraught by the trouble she's caused and tries to write an article of apology for the next issue of the paper - a nice idea that Alf inadvertently almost scuppers. "I never meant any of this to happen", she squawks. The letter is published, but we don't know what good it's going to do now. Unless Sal decides to roll it up...Medicine man

Today's episode, dear reader, brings with it a momentous occasion. "Baby Pippa", you see, is no longer a baby. She's clearly been handed a document marked "My First Script" and told to ask one-word questions and/or give Brad high-fives for Dolly Mixtures.

We wonder if she'll take after her mum and be doing the same thing in 20 years. Anyway, in his new role as househusband, Brad is doing more than his usual share of chores. These include changing the sheets in the caravans, and he's pretty astonished when Pippa happens across a packet of diazepam in Alex's belongings.

He's bemused as to why he'd have them, and mentions it to Sally when she arrives home. "I'm not his doctor," points out Sal, "but they're obviously not illegal. If he's got them then they've been prescribed." However, this isn't the case.

Later, when Alex takes delivery of Leah's suitcase - which was lost by the airline somewhere between the hemispheres - we discover that it's chock-full of prescription meds. You were saying, Sal?
